Underwrite ancillary credit, counterparty and deposit risk exposures, and perform ongoing portfolio management activities for non-senior lending clients.
1. Responsible for analysis and underwriting related to various ancillary credit and deposit products for new and existing alternate delivery (non-senior lending) clients, as assigned. These include Accounts Receivable Purchases, Treasury Management only, Reg W affiliates, Correspondent Banking and Consumer Finance Partnership clients for counterparty exposure.
2. Authors and creates credit product approval documents and presentations with an initial recommendation and credit view.
3. Performs research and analysis on companies, industries and transactions in support of both client activities and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Supports Portfolio Administration Manager in day-to-day management of the portfolio with responsibilities including financial statement spreads, credit risk ratings, legal documentation and other activities as directed.
5. Works closely with Portfolio Administration Manager in the preparation of on-time and high quality annual reviews, and renewals. More experienced analysts may be responsible for completing entire annual reviews on assigned clients.
6. Maintains active ownership and timely processing of quarterly risk ratings within own Alternate Delivery portfolio and as needed across the team.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Finance or Accounting degree
2. 1 year in banking or finance
