The Wealth BURM Risk Analyst III will be responsible for timely completion of fiduciary regulatory account reviews to ensure Truist's compliance with internal policies and regulatory/legal requirements. Under direct supervision, the Analyst III identifies exceptions and validates exception mitigation by the client teams. This position will be assigned to work on projects designed to improve processes and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform fiduciary account reviews as assigned to ensure timely completion.
2. Review account documentation to validate compliance with requirements.
3. Partner with client teams to ensure appropriate steps have been taken to eliminate, mitigate and/or escalate exceptions.
4. Assists in the education, communication and reinforcement of fiduciary policies and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 5 years work experience
3. Detailed knowledge of line of business, fiduciary account types and structures, legal and regulatory standards, and internal policies and procedures.
4. Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
5. Advanced time management skills.
6. Uses experience and judgement to make decisions and evaluate risk remediation activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in business, accounting or related field.
2. Fiduciary investment or administrative advisory/support experience.
3. Working towards a certification or professional designee.
