Please review the following job description:
Responsible for enterprise-wide execution of real time, high value domestic and international wire payments in accordance with federal regulations and Wire Policy, Standards and procedures.
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Receives, reviews, and executes high value and time sensitive outgoing wiring instructions from clients, branches, and internal lines of business. Follows strict authentication and verification processes in accordance with wire policy. Inputs wire payment instructions and initiates corrective action if needed.
2. Assists external and internal clients with questions related to wire transfers. Provides first level support to research wire issues.
3. Identifies and escalates complex issues/concerns to Treasury Services, senior staff or management in a timely manner.
4. Follows security and operational control procedures for multiple wire transfer systems.
5. Performs client outreach to advise retail and commercial clients of incoming wire payments.
6. Researches wire transfer requests in accordance with department procedures.
Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education.
2. 1 year or more of relevant experience in banking or equivalent.
3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to multi-task and produce error-free work in a deadline-driven environment.
6. Ability to accurately transcribe payment instructions from clients with demonstrated 10-key experience.
7. Ability to learn quickly and perform moderately complex processes making sound business decisions.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products as well as custom applications and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Money Transfer System (MTS) experience.
3. Experience in wire processing.
4. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:25 am - 6:00 pm
