To assist Marketing/Sales Development Dept. meet its goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Assist in overall strategic planning and development of projects/programs to meet marketing objectives.
2. Assist tracking insurance companies as it relates to their contracts, commission structure, premium placement, and program exclusivity.
3. Utilize, develop and monitor the banks’ or carriers’ database to provide leads to producers.
4. Assists in development of Personal/Commercial lines call centers.
5. Assist in the expansion of the affinity-marketing program.
6. Work with IT departments’ in evaluating pilot programs as it pertains to e-business/internet objectives of BB&T Corporation.
