ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our GRAD program offers a unique experience to accelerate your career at Truist while directly impacting our strategic goals and priorities. This 9-month rotational opportunity offers a comprehensive immersive and keynote experience contributing and shaping a cross-functional strategic priority curated by our Executive Leadership team. GRAD participants will serve as internal consultants and will have the opportunity to help develop and implement strategic improvement plans, apply broad-based knowledge and experience and lead the implementation of a recommended plan of action for our Truist strategic priorities.
Throughout the program you will have ongoing professional development, career coaching and exposure to executive and senior leadership.
Following the program, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to identify the next ideal role that meets your career aspirations and supports the needs of the organization. You will also automatically become a member of the GRAD network, where you will receive continuous career coaching and development in the three talent dimensions of Education, Exposure and Experience.
This is a robust experience designed to provide the right tools and resources needed to accelerate your career and provide the right advocacy, development and exposure needed to be successful. Required Qualifications:

• MBA or related graduate level degree
• 5+ years of relevant business or corporate experience
• Commitment to career growth and development in a corporate setting
• Demonstrated innovative leader who is purpose driven, forward thinking and has a high level of curiosity
• Must thrive in a fast paced, quick changing environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Transformational skills aligned with PMV (Purpose, Mission and Values) and T3 approach (Trust, Technology and Touch), sound business judgment and business acumen; strong leadership skills and effective stakeholder communications and relationship management
• Willingness to travel or relocate during and upon completion of the program
