The Truist Diversity Insights Summit provides high-performing college freshmen and sophomores from diverse backgrounds with an introduction to the financial services industry. The hope? To inspire and encourage diverse students to envision themselves as future leaders at Truist. After graduation, take the next step in making that vision a reality.

Who we're looking for
  • Undergraduate students graduating between December 2024 and May 2026 from diverse backgrounds including Asian-American/Pacific Islander, Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latinx, Indigenous Peoples, Women, and/or LGBTQ+, as well as Veterans, and students with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in financial services and/or technology
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Summit location and date
  • Tuesday and Wednesday, March 15-16, 2023
  • The summit will be held virtually through Truist’s online meeting platform
  • Attendance at the summit is by invitation-only. Select students will receive an invitation prior to the virtual event, that will include all meeting details.
