The Truist Diversity Insights Summit gives high-performing undergraduate students an introduction to the financial services industry. The hope? To inspire and encourage students, from all backgrounds, to envision themselves as future leaders at Truist.

Who we're looking for
  • Undergraduate students from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to register, including, but not limited to, veterans, students with disabilities, LGBTQ+, as well as those who self-identify as ethnically diverse, non-diverse, and all genders.
  • The goal is to be as inclusive as possible of a wide variety of young professionals with different viewpoints.
  • Strong interest in financial services and/or technology.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Summit location and date
  • Monday and Tuesday, April 8-9, 2024
  • The summit will be held virtually through Truist’s online meeting platform
