Before Day 1

  • Communication about your start date, work location and arrangements

Day 1

  • Receive onboarding information to your personal email.
  • Log in to the network.
  • Read emails waiting in your inbox and accept meetings.
  • Review benefits options
  • Complete new hire orientation learning.

Days 2-30

  • Complete new hire tasks in Workday (teammate database).
  • Set up direct deposit and consider opening a Teammate Banking checking account.
  • Consult with your manager to request additional systems access as needed for your role.
  • Download additional software as needed for your role.
  • Order corporate credit card, if applicable to your role.
  • Register for Truist Momentum and set yourself up to earn $500, if desired.

Days 31 and beyond

  • Clarify your goals and role with your manager to fully launch your Truist career!
  • Get involved! Consider joining a Business Resource Group, participating in various teammate events, and exploring volunteer opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on your candidate experience through a survey that will come your way.
